Job vacancy: Chief Executive Officer at Cornerstone UK

Affinity members Cornerstone Adoption and Fostering Service are recruiting for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Are you passionate about helping children find their forever homes? Are you passionate about leading a fantastic team of social workers, finance people, office staff and creatives to make Cornerstone a household name amongst Christians who consider fostering or adoption? Do you have what it takes to build on 20 years of legacy and take the charity to the next leg of growth?

Cornerstone are looking for somebody special who can continue to develop a united culture within Cornerstone with special emphasis on their Christian calling. Having a heart for the vulnerable and marginalised is a must; a good understanding of the nature of adoption and fostering is also essential, as is an appetite for growth and change.

As the new CEO of a growing Christian charity, you will be expected to have clarity and diplomacy when you deal with media interest or represent Cornerstone to the public and to other partner organisations that we work closely with.

As a leader, you will use your talents and business expertise to further develop the organisation and manage the opportunities for development that we are currently involved in.

Hybrid work schedule with offices in Doncaster, Newcastle and Menstrie Clarks (Scotland). The post holder would ideally be near one of the England locations.

Salary: £53,560
Closing date: 19 August 2022

For more information or to request an application pack please visit the Cornerstone website or send an email to info@cornerstoneuk.org.
