Director of Operations – Lead with Purpose

Hours: 40 per week| Location: Remote | Salary: circa £90k | Closing Date: 26^th January 2026

Pilgrims’ Friend Society has been providing Christian care to older people for over 200 years. As the UK faces an unprecedented ageing population, we are growing to meet the challenge—and we need an exceptional leader to help us deliver our vision of fulfilled living for older people.

As Director of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing our care homes and housing schemes, ensuring outstanding quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll lead a talented team, drive innovation in systems and processes, and work closely with our Executive Team to deliver our ambitious Growth and Renewal Programme.
