Job Vacancy: Marketing Officer for Pilgrims’ Friend Society

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday | Location: Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home) | Salary: £33,300.00 to £39,550.00 Closing Date: Wednesday 21 January 2026

Pilgrims’ Friend Society is a Christian charity with over 200 years’ experience supporting older people to live fulfilled lives rooted in faith, care and community. As we enter an exciting season of growth and innovation, we are seeking a Marketing Officer to help share our story and amplify our mission.

This is an opportunity to bring creativity, strategy and faith together—developing campaigns that raise awareness of our care homes and housing schemes, strengthen our brand, and connect meaningfully with our audiences across digital, print and events.

If you have:

• A strong evangelical Christian faith and commitment to our mission
• Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and website management
• Excellent communication and creative skills
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
