Job vacancy: Operations Administrator at Bethel Baptist Church

Based in Farnham, Surrey, Bethel is a medium-sized, growing FIEC church with a warm family feel in a community setting. They looking for someone to join their staff team to  provide excellent operations and administrative support to the church community. Someone servant-hearted, with organisational skills, and excited about Bethel’s vision to believe, belong and grow in Jesus.

They are looking for someone to bring excellent operational leadership, governance coordination, communications and admin support, in a prayerful and grace-filled way. Ideally to work 28 hours per week, though there is some flexibility. They’re more interested in your character and manner, and how you would fit with them at Bethel, than in your skills and experience.
